A Queer History of Body Modification Workshop

90 minute in-person public workshop presented in collaboration with Dekalb Tattoo Company and Cassie Smith (@cassiespiercings)

In this workshop, designed for an audience of body mod enthusiasts and newbies to the industry, we covered types of body modifications, the Queer history of the industry, how body mods are gender-affirming care, and what to look for in a studio for Queer clients. It featured engaging games and activities to assist with learning, and also included a branded handout for participants to take home. All content is aligned to DTC brand standards.
